Brent has installed two windows in our house and we will call him to install all others we need! Wait time for the window was short and install was fast! Our first window was installed a year ago and no issues!! 2nd done today and so far so good. Thanks!

Back in August 2017 our neighbour, who knew we were looking to replace all of our windows and doors, recommended Ivan and Brent Doiron from Northern Image. Our windows and doors were no longer efficient and more than thirty years old. They walked us through the process and showed us samples from Vinylguard Windows and Doors manufactured in Vaughn Ontario. They made arrangements for us to visit the showroom and plant and speak to a representative there so we could have a first hand look at the product. Ivan and Brent provided us with a estimate that we thought was reasonable given the work that had to be completed. They stayed in touch with us and let us know the material would be ready the first week of October. True to their word the windows and doors were delivered by them the first week of October. They got right to work following the Thanksgiving weekend and finished up within a week and half. Amazing to us as we had many windows and sliding doors not to mention a basement and front door entrance with side lights to install. We have been more than impressed and very happy with their timeliness, efficiency, professionalism and clean up. Along the process they made some great suggestions insofar as the outside trim, expansion of window for more picturesque views in both the dining room and the living room. For anyone who has visited or seen pictures of our new windows and doors the compliments have been many. We ourselves are very impressed and pleased with all the work and finishing touches.
